A home inspection will take anywhere from 2-4 hours to complete. We will complete the inspection and invite you to attend at the end so you can explore the new home in detail and ask questions. The cost of the home inspection is the responsibility of the potential buyer. So make sure you hire someone you can trust to be thorough and reliable (hint hint: pick us).

Do I Need A Home Inspection?
Inspections are recommended in all provinces whether it’s brand new or 50+ years old. A home inspection is a great way to get an inside look at the property you’re interested in buying. If a home inspection reveals a serious problem, the potential buyer can back out or renegotiate if the sale is conditional on the inspection results.
The pre-sale inspection takes place after you’ve been pre-approved for a mortgage loan and submitted an offer to purchase. A home inspection provides a detailed report on the property, so it’s important to obtain this information before you commit to purchasing. There may be a number of “defects” on your report, but that’s expected with regular wear and tear on a home. You should, instead, examine the severity of the issues and determine if it’s something you’re comfortable taking on to repair or replace.
