I was unable to be present for the inspection done on the house I am about to purchase, but the post inspection report was done flawlessly. Thorough as it gets. My wife was present for the inspection and had nothing but positive things to say about Gabe. Thank you for doing such a great job, sir!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recently used PCL for a home inspection and everything about it was fantastic. From the phone calls, to bookings and the inspection recap and reports. Gabe was a great person to deal with, very knowledgeable on what he does and looks for and is very open and honest. Pricing was very fair for the items I requested. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home inspection

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Was very knowledgeable and professional. Absolutely recommend getting Gabe if you need an inspection done! My husband went for the in-person inspection report and thought it was excellent. The report was super detailed for me, as I was not able to make it to the inspection. This was a great experience for us.
